Lakeview Terrace
Lift maintenance, repair, and service contract for two lifts at Lakeview Terrace, ongoing on an 'on and when required' basis. Additionally includes elevator modernization of 2 units and supply and installation of 2 new escalators.
Mangosuthu University of Technology
Appointed as qualified and experienced lift service provider for maintenance and repairs of lifts across MUT-wide campuses. Initially awarded for one year, the contract has been extended and continues to date.
The Playhouse Company
Ongoing monthly servicing of paraplegic lifts at the Playhouse Theatre and Head Office. Contract awarded as agency of the Department of Sport, Arts & Culture — now covering more than 6 units across the facilities.
uMhlathuze Sports Complex
Supplied and installed 2 new panoramic glass lifts at uMhlathuze Sports Complex. Vector Elevators also provides ongoing maintenance of both units, with dedicated on-site standby support during every match and event to ensure smooth and uninterrupted lift operations for players, officials, and spectators.
The Atrium – Eshowe
36-month servicing, maintenance, and repair contract for two escalators and one lift. Delivered consistent service schedules with high safety standards throughout.
University of KwaZulu-Natal
Appointed to panel of lift contractors (RFB UKZN 53/23) for a period of 3 years. Providing ongoing service and maintenance across UKZN campuses.
uMhlathuze Civic Centre
Maintenance contract awarded by City of uMhlathuze for lift servicing at the Civic Centre complex, covering 2 lifts. Contract is ongoing.
eThekwini Stadia & Facilities
Appointed sole lift maintenance contractor under Contract NM/29540-5M covering Moses Mabhida Stadium (14 lifts & 2 goods hoists), King Zwelithini, Princess Magogo, and Sugar Ray Xulu Stadiums. We provide full event standby duties during matches and major events at Moses Mabhida and all eThekwini stadia, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted lift operations for players, officials, and thousands of spectators throughout every event.
eThekwini Municipality – Lift Portfolio
36-month lift maintenance contract awarded by eThekwini Municipality covering their building portfolio across the city. Comprehensive service, maintenance, and repair of lifts across municipal facilities. We are proud to manage a portfolio of over 100 units under this contract, reflecting the trust eThekwini Municipality has placed in Vector Elevators to keep their infrastructure running safely and reliably.
Empangeni Sanlam Centre
Ongoing servicing and maintenance contract for six escalators and one goods lift at Empangeni Sanlam Centre. Vector Elevators has been the appointed contractor since 2019 and continues to serve the centre to date.
